ALL THE EQUIPMENT + ALL THE ATTENTION

Studio Pilates sessions provides you with the use of  a whole range of specialty apparatus such as the Universal Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, High/Low Chair, Ladder Barrel, Hump Barrel, Spine Corrector and Guillotine. Not only will you have all the attention, you will also have the space to yourself to ensure you get the most of your session. We offer the following studio Pilates sessions:

Private – These are one-on-one sessions where you will be able to work out on various pieces of Pilates apparatus, and will be given a program specifically tailored to your needs and goals.

Semi-Private – This is where you share the session with someone of a similar level, yet still get very focused, specific attention to your workout. Available for Duo (1:2) or Trio (1:3) appointments.

GROUP CLASSES

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY

Our small class sizes ensure you get quality instruction and attention. Enjoy the variety of group classes on offer knowing that you will be well looked after.

GROUP REFORMER

Our Group Reformer classes are an effective method to get the most out of your Pilates class, with the use of the specialised Pilates reformer beds. Learn the fundamentals of Pilates reformer exercises and the principles of breathing, concentration and coordination in a friendly, supportive environment. Improve coordination, posture, body awareness, and strength. If you're new to our studio, new to Pilates, or haven't done it in a while, you’ll need to do an initial assessment before your first Group Reformer class so we can set program goals and develop your individualised program.

Space is limited to 7 clients.
Duration - 55 minutes.

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates classes are ideal if you have no severe injuries and like the social aspect of a group environment. These classes are conducted on the mat, using your own body weight and small apparatus for resistance. Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Learn the fundamentals of Pilates floor exercises and the principles of breathing, concentration and coordination in a friendly, supportive environment. Improve coordination, posture, body awareness, and strength.

Space is limited to 12 clients.
Duration - 55 minutes.

BARRE

Barre classes combine ballet and Pilates for a low-impact, fat-burning workout. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and thighs. It is a fun and challenging workout that uses the ballet barre, light weights and various props. However, as our Barre class also includes a yoga based warm up, stretch and flexibility work throughout the class, and relaxation/meditation to finish off, you leave feeling invigorated and recharged.

Duration - 55 minutes.

Animal Flow®

Animal Flow ® is an innovative new fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground based movements with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging, multi-planar workout. Easily tailored to people from all fitness levels, gym-goers and athletes alike will realise significant benefits from the practice, including increased mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular communication. Animal Flow® is the ultimate versatile workout that makes a great addition to any fitness professionals’ arsenal of movement tools.
