studio policy

At Daily Pilates, we endeavour to provide a pleasant and enjoyable experience for you at each visit. To ensure this we ask that you please adhere to our policies below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your co-operation on these matters.

Bookings, Attendance & Payment

  1. A minimum of two people are required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text, phone or email should a class be cancelled. Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.
  2. Bookings are made online through our booking system Mindbody Online either on your smart phone, the Mindbody app or Daily Pilates website.
  3. Payment must be made upon booking, no exceptions. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased credits in your account or pay at the time of booking in the studio.
  4. If a class you particularly want is fully booked please sign up for the waiting list through Mindbody Online. Due to our 8 hour cancellation policy there is movement in the classes. Once you have been allocated a spot, you will receive an email confirming that you are booked for the class, so please check your email regularly. Once you are added to the class our normal 8 hour cancellation policy applies.
  5. Out of consideration for our Teacher, other clients, and also for your own safety, the warm-up is an important aspect of each class. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to join.
  6. Daily Pilates reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
  7. If you’re pregnant, you can only attend group classes including Group Reformer up until the first trimester. From the second trimester, you can attend Private 1:1 sessions.
  8. Sessions are not transferable to another individual and cannot under any circumstances be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be turned away from the class – or asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations/Rescheduling classes need to be done online. For Group Reformer and Group Classes, cancellations need to be made more than 8 hours prior to the class start time. For all Studio Sessions (Private, Duo & Trio) 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will incur a lost session/class credit.
  2. 3 strikes policy – three late cancels/no shows within 28 days will result in suspension of the Member’s ability to book classes online for a week.
  3. Teachers and classes are subject to change without notice. Daily Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.
  4. Our Group Reformer and Group Classes need a minimum of 2 people to proceed. In the event that less than 2 people are booked, the class will be cancelled 2 hours prior to start time and your class credit will be automatically refunded back to your account.

Payment Policy

  1. Payment must be made upon booking. To book into a class/session you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.
  2. If payment is made by direct debit, then you authorise Daily Pilates or their direct debit provider (Ezidebit) to debit the relevant amount from your nominated bank account.
  3. If the debit day falls on a day that is not a business day, Daily Pilates may debit your account on the following business day.
  4. You must ensure that you have sufficient funds in your nominated bank account at all times.
  5. If your direct debit payment is dishonoured then you will automatically be charged a declined fee of $14.80 to the Nominated Account within 7 days of notice.
  6. You must notify Daily Pilates of a change in your credit card or banking details at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled direct debit.
  7. All purchases are final. Daily Pilates will not provide a refund for missed classes for change of mind, temporary ill health or otherwise. If you know you will be unable to attend a class, please cancel your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.
