You’ll feel and see the results of your Pilates practice quickly if you commit to a consistent routine. To reap the full benefits of Pilates we recommend to practice 3 times a week, however you will still feel some benefits if you practice 1 or 2 times a week. Invest in yourself, you know you’re worth it.

Pricing Options:
FREE 30 min Initial Assessment – if you are new to Pilates or to our studio, book in for your Initial Assessment where our Teacher will ask you a few questions and do some specific tests to see if Reformer Pilates will be suitable for you. Either way, you will be given a recommendation on what would be best for you going forward. To book call us on 9530 0940, send us an email or do so online.
Pilates Starter Pack – the best choice if you’re new to Pilates or haven’t done it in a while (limit 1 per person and for those who are new to Reformer Pilates with us).
Membership – perfect if you want to do 1 or more Group Reformer classes each week.
Studio Session Pass – ideal if you want a more personalised program such as a Private, Semi-Private Duo or Semi-Private Trio Pilates session.
Class Pass – a great option if you want to try things out and you don’t want to commit. Available for Studio, Group Reformer and Group Classes (Barre, Mat Pilates, Meditation, Stretch & Strengthen, Yoga).
